Dear Member,

We are grateful that you made the effort to attend Sunday’s event. It is only with your active participation that it was a resounding success.

We received a lot of contact information sheets which is a wonderful start toward this important initiative.

We hope to host more events as well as continue our media campaign to bring attention to this program to interested parties. Stay tuned for the future notices regarding upcoming events in your area.

If you are willing to participate in the study, please find the attached consent form. You can learn more about the study, and how you and your family can help. Please complete it and return to
roadtoprevention@mssm.edu or to roadtoprevention@JCCSG.org. For more info feel free to call 212-824-9078.

A special request to the People from Monsey, New Square and Kiryas Yoel – Monroe: We will arrange a local site to collect specimens to spare you the inconvenience of traveling to Mt Sinai. Please get back to us ASAP so that we may properly coordinate.
